She doesn't turn 18 until tomorrow, but Miley Cyrus is clearly growing up fast.

The former Disney star was caught sprawled over the bar of Hollywood club Trousdale at 2am this morning, with her new boyfriend pressed on top of her, seemingly kissing or biting her neck.

The young man is 18-year-old Canadian actor Avan Jogia, who has starred in a series of Nickelodeon shows and is now making the move onto the big screen.

Miley was not only acting older she was also dressed in a pretty X-rated way too.
Cyrus was wearing a pair of skin-tight black leather trousers, black high heeled boots and a cropped black leather bra top, quite a far leap from Miley's Hannah Montana days.

Miley was at the club for a post American Music Awards/ pre 18th birthday party and she pretty much partied till she dropped.

She stayed at the club until around 3 am.

Miley and Avan were first linked together back in October when they were spotted heading out to lunch together and later attending a Halloween party.

Miley is fresh from her split with her previous boyfriend, Last Song co-star, Liam Hemsworth, who she dated for around a year.

She seems to be causing controversy at every turn these days.

The singer/actress had parent and alcohol awareness groups up in arms when she was pictured drinking a Corona beer earlier this month in a Madrid nightclub.

The legal age for consuming alcohol in Spain is eighteen, although authorities usually turn a blind eye and don't think under age drinking is a big issue.

It's a different scenario in the U.S. though, where the legal age for drinking is twenty-one and it is strictly enforced.

James E. Copple, the head of the International Institute for Alcohol Awareness expressed concern that other young people will follow Miley's lead and engage in 'risky behaviour associated with under age alcohol consumption.'

Commenting: 'The young people that see her as a role model could mimic the same behaviour and as a consequence will go out and become intoxicated, putting their safety at risk.'

Going on to note that, according to his organization, '85% of young people who drink, drink to get intoxicated.'

Miley has also been dressing in a pretty risque way recently too.

At the MTV European Music Video Awards Miley wore an extremely daring sideless and backless white dress, which fully exposed her chest area when she posed on the red carpet.

Thankfully her hair was long enough to protect her modesty, but her under-the-chest tattoo was clearly visible.

Then last month Miley caused yet more controversy with the release of her video for her new song, Who Owns My Heart.

U.S. based parents organization, Parents Television Council slammed the teenager for her overtly adult performance, when the majority of her fan base are still from her Disney Hannah Montana days.

'It is unfortunate that she would participate in such a sexualized video like this one,' the association's spokesman, Tim Winters told U.S. website TMZ.

'It sends messages to her fan base that are diametrically opposed to everything she has done up to this point.

'Miley built her fame and fortune entirely on the backs of young girls, and it saddens us that she seems so eager to distance herself from that fan base so rapidly.'

It looks like life is imitating art for Blake Lively and Penn Badgley.

The couple have ended their three-year relationship, just like their on screen characters Serena van der Woodsen and Dan Humphrey.

A representative for Lively, 23, and Badgley, 23, has confirmed the split.

The Gossip Girl stars started dating in 2007 after meeting on set.

And in spite of plenty of incidences where they were caught being affectionate in public, the pair initially denied their relationship and insisted they were just good friends.

They finally went public in 2008, openly attending events as a couple.

Despite any potential awkwardness there might be on set, it looks like Lively and Badgley's breakup will be more amicable than most.

The two of them were seen shopping for candles together just last week in New York, and are determined to stay good friends.

Both Lively and Badgley were at the Toronto International Film Festival last month, but tellingly, they were rarely seen together.

Denise Richards has spoken out in support of ex-husband Charlie Sheen after reports that he allegedly wrecked a hotel suite after an encounter with a porn star on Monday night.

Richards, 39, was with their two daughters in a hotel room across the corridor from Sheen when the alleged incident happened.

And she is the one who helped her ex-husband get to a hospital that night.

Richards appeared on the Today show this morning and insisted she 'can't control what happened' but still has 'a lot of faith in my ex.'

And she continues to stay loyal to Sheen, dodging questions about the incident while on a media blitz for her upcoming TV show Blue Mountain State.

She told talk show host Joy Behar: 'I do know what happened. I would rather Charlie [talk about it]. I did help him at the hospital.'

And when asked how Sheen was feeling, Richards replied: 'I'll let you ask Charlie.'

She said: 'My daughters are five and six years old. They're at an age when they can start to understand. They have no idea what happened.

The 45-year-old is insisting that the reports are exaggerated, and have nothing to do with what happened that night.

'Oh my man, I’m fine,' he told RadarOnline.
'The story is totally overblown and overplayed as far as the reality of the scenario.'

But while Sheen, who is the highest paid actor on TV, is adamant that the story is not accurate, he refuses to say what actually did happen on Monday night.

He says: 'I know what went down and that’s where it will stay... under wraps.'

Sheen's PR team decided that the actor merely had an adverse reaction to some medicine, and that's what explained his destructive and angry behaviour.

This is despite the fact that the actor himself has made absolutely no confirmation that (legal) drugs had anything to do with it.

His publicist said: 'What we are able to determine is that Charlie had an adverse reaction to some medication and was taken to the hospital, where he is expected to be released tomorrow.'

And the actor's lawyer also went with the allergic reaction line, adding: 'We think he had an allergic reaction to some medicine.'
Well, that's certainly some allergy.

Security guards at the Plaza Hotel on Fifth Avenue discovered Sheen naked and drunk at 2am early Tuesday morning in his hotel room. Tables and chairs were said to have been thrown around Sheen’s room and a chandelier damaged.

However, after a day-long stay in hospital on Tuesday, Sheen was released and will return to work later this week in Los Angeles.

His manager Mark Burg said: 'Charlie will be working this week doing a cameo role, playing himself, in a small movie as a favor to a friend and has every intention of going back to work on Two and a Half Men on next Tuesday. He's looking forward to working.'

Sheen is now thought to be planning to check into rehab following the incident and is still in the process of deciding which facility he will check into.

However, he is considering returning to Promises in Malibu.
'Charlie is going back to rehab,' a U.S. source said. 'That’s his plan right now. He knows he has to do something.'

The star of TV sitcom Two And A Half Men told police that he had snorted a recreational drug, according to sources quoted in the New York Post.
His female guest has been identified as porn star Christina Walsh by several American media outlets.

U.S. magazine Life & Style reported that the 22-year-old was found screaming inside a locked closet.

‘She was fearing for her life and was naked,’ a source told its website.
'Charlie was incoherent but started screaming slurs at the cops.

‘They recognised him immediately and gave him two options: they could take him to the hospital or take him down to the station. Charlie chose the hospital.

Police said they responded to a call from the Plaza about an ‘emotionally disturbed individual’ who was said to be ‘intoxicated and irrational’.

Richards was seen looking sombre and wearing dark sunglasses as she left the Plaza Hotel last night.

Before the incident occurred, the family had been enjoying their time in New York, and Sheen and Richards took their children to see Mary Poppins on Broadway on Sunday.

Last year, he was arrested after a fight with his estranged wife, Brooke Mueller, the mother of his twin toddler sons, who claimed that he had tried to kill her. He pleaded guilty to assault.

Gavin Rossdale's ex-lover Marilyn says gay confession is years too late

Gavin Rossdale is regretting his confession to Details magazine about his gay affair with cross-dressing singer Marilyn.

And it seems the gender bender British pop star isn't happy with the Bush frontman's revelations either.


Marilyn has spoken out to a U.S. magazine and says he wishes Rossdale had never denied in the first place that the two were romantically involved.

He told In Touch: 'I find it sad that when I spoke out about what we had, I was labelled a tattletale - and now, Gavin is using it to promote himself'.

Rossdale, 44, who is married to No Doubt singer Gwen Stefani initially denied the gay relationship back in 1995 when Boy George wrote about the couple's affair in his memoir Take It Like A Man.

The 47-year-old says that while he's now 'pleased that Gavin is finally able to be honest about our relationship' he wishes the rocker 'could have come to terms with this 15 years ago'.

He added: 'Maybe one day Gwen will allow my name to be spoken again in her home without it having any negative connotations'.

Gavin had spent the past 15 years insisting he had never had a gay affair with the 80s pop star but has now finally admitted to the relationship.

And his spokespeople, over the years, continued to deny a relationship had taken place, even when Marilyn – real name Peter Robinson - spoke out last year, claiming that Rossdale had been the love of his life.

However, in a interview with the forthcoming issue of U.S. magazine Details, Rossdale has finally come clean and confessed to the liaison.

The singer and guitarist told how he had a fling with Marilyn, 47, in the 1980s when he was just 17 years old. And he revealed he had not admitted to the affair until now because of the media ‘glare’ when Bush were just forging a career in the U.S.

Rossdale - whose band have been more successful in the U.S. than the UK - revealed: ‘I think at the outset there was a sort of fear - that was right at the beginning of Bush, and I didn’t want it to be part of it. It felt like a cheap shot, so I was like: ‘I’m not getting involved.’ ‘

Rossdale continued: ‘I’ve never wanted to appear closed about it, it’s not something I’ve talked about really because it’s always been in the glare of a tabloid world, it’s just one of those things - move on.

‘When you’re 17, Jesus Christ, I don’t think there’s anything strange about any form of anything - you’re learning about life. It’s a part of growing up - that’s it, no more, no less.’

In the interview, Rossdale shrugged off the affair as ‘experimentation,’ adding: ‘Yeah, that was it - you have to know what you like, and I know what I like.’

The magazine is not published until next Tuesday. However, according to U.S. reports, the singer has already been ‘regretting’ his confession.

A source close to Rossdale said he was ‘seriously regretting’ speaking publicly regarding the affair. And it is believed one of the reasons he was so remorseful was because he had not – until now – told Miss Stefani of the affair.

According to U.S. reports, following the interview Rossdale even approached the publication’s editors and ‘pleaded with them’ not to print the admission. However, the magazine declined his request.

A U.S. source was reported as saying: ‘Gwen didn’t know that Gavin and Marilyn were actually involved.

‘Gavin always said before that they were just friends, and that’s what she believed, until Gavin had to tell her because of the interview in Details.’

Boy George first wrote about Rossdale and Marilyn’s affair in his 1995 book, Take It Like a Man.

At the time, both men denied the relationship, with Rossdale insisting that he and Marilyn ‘were, and still are, good friends’ but nothing more.

However last year, Marilyn claimed in a U.S. magazine that he and Rossdale had been involved for five years.

The star – who was famed for his long blonde hair in the 1980s - also said that he had initially denied the story in 1995 because Rossdale’s band, Bush, were ‘just becoming successful in America’ at the time Boy George’s book was published.

‘I agreed to lie against every grain of my being,’ Marilyn said at the time.

It is not the the first time a surprise has emerged from Rossdale’s past to rock their marriage.

It emerged in 2004, following a paternity test, that Rossdale was the father of model Daisy Lowe following an affair with model and fashion designer Pearl Lowe.
Previously, it had always been believed Daisy’s father was Miss Lowe’s ex-husband Bronner Lowe.

Rossdale had engaged in a brief affair when he was a teenager with Daisy’s mother, Pearl, who is now married to Supergrass drummer Danny Goffey.

She had always wondered if Rossdale was Daisy’s father and when she reached the age of 15 mother and daughter felt it was time to find out.

Rossdale, who at that time was married to Stefani but had yet to have any children together, agreed to a DNA test which subsequently proved that he was indeed the father.

Ironically Rossdale was Daisy’s godfather and the pair had spoken regularly on the phone while she was growing up. However, it has been widely reported that since receiving the DNA results Rossdale had not communicated with his daughter.

At the time, Miss Stefani, 41, was said to be ‘devastated’ at the revelation, but the couple managed to rebuild their marriage.

Last night, neither Marilyn, Rossdale or Boy George were available for further comment.

Lindsay Lohan is facing a return to jail after reportedly testing positive for cocaine.

The 24-year-old actress has failed a court-ordered drugs test, according to celebrity website TMZ, following her August 2 release from jail.

The website claims that the star, who served 13 days in jail followed by 23 days in rehab last month for a probation violation, returned a positive drugs test last week.

It further alleges that she failed another drugs test around the same time. This one, TMZ claims, did not test positive for cocaine, although no further details were given.

However the website claims to have confirmed the positive result through its own sources.

In recent weeks, the troubled starlet has appeared to return to her old pastimes - after reportedly partying all night earlier in the week at New York's Boom Boom Room.

According to the current terms of her probation, failing a drugs test would result in a term of 30 days in jail.

However Lohan has denied the reports telling the US Weekly website: 'I'm fine' branding the allegations 'nuts'.

A spokesperson for the district attorney's office told TMZ that they have not been 'officially notified' of the positive test and therefore no court date has been set.

The troubled starlet has since returned to Los Angeles where she has been spotted shopping up a storm and lunching with friends.

And today she was pictured at the Match Box Studios in Culver City, California.

Her estranged father Michael has spoken out about the claims, telling Radar Online that she needs him back in her life.

Putting the blame squarely on the circle of people around her, he said: ' Her manager and her friends failed, they failed beyond belief [and] I will do all that I have to call them out.

'I’m sorry, I’m really sorry. I wish she would just listen to me and just let me into your life. I’m telling you if you had me in your life this never would happen.'

This latest twist in the Lohan saga comes after the actress made a cameo appearance alongside Chelsea Handler at Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards.

In the pre-taped skit she poked fun at herself and her recent brushes with the law.
In the skit, Lindsay catches up with Chelsea, 35, backstage at the MTV Video Music Awards and lectures her on the perils of alcoholism.

At one point Lindsay slaps Chelsea on the face, yelling 'Wake up, Handler! Pull it together, you're a mess!

'Do you think anyone wants to work with a drunk? Take it from me they don't!'

Meantime all the major chat shows have been scrambling to secure a much coveted first post rehab interview with Lohan.

It was rumoured that Oprah had secured a sit down tell-all to air during her final season of her hit daytime show, but no official announcement has been made.

After their romantic stroll round the zoo the pair then headed to the Santa Barbara Pier where they joined friends for a seafood dinner.

Heidi, 24, filed for divorce from Spencer in July citing irreconcilable differences, 3 months after filing for legal separation.

The couple, who married in April 2009, have spent the summer apart with Heidi staying at her home in Costa Rica while Spencer, 27, stayed at their house in Malibu

Her appearance was in stark contrast to Trump who looked every inch the businesswoman in a casual smart black outfit of cardigan and trousers.

Trump, 28, revealed on Twitter that she was excited to film her scene in the show alongside her husband, businessman Jared Kushner.

'Jared & I had a ball on the set of Gossip Girl this AM,' she tweeted. 'We appeared in a scene together! Tune in this Oct 25 & check out our ‘acting’ debut!'

Meanwhile, Momsen's appearance on set will reassure some fans of the show, who were uncertain over whether she would return.

At the end of last season, her character Jenny Humphrey left to finish high school in Hudson after losing her virginity to Chuck Bass, played by Ed Westwick.

She is missing from the first episodes of the new season, as Gossip Girl's executive producer Stephanie Savage recently confirmed.

'We're excited about being able to create some tension about her character,' she told Entertainment Weekly.

'I don't want to say exactly which episode [she returns in], but it'll be in the first half of the season.'

Momsen has also been focussing more on her music career with her band The Pretty Reckless whose single Miss Nothing made it in to the UK top 40 this week.

'I’ve been acting since I was two,' she told Entertainment Weekly back in April.

'I don’t dislike it by any means, but it’s a job to me. It can never be as personal as music, because you’re playing a character and saying someone else’s words.

'Music is who I am.'

The star is also the face of Material Girl, the new clothing range from Madonna and her daughter Lourdes.

Meanwhile, Blake Lively was also spotted on the set yesterday, looking even slimmer than usual.

The 23-year-old star, who plays Serena van der Woodsen in the hit series, looked extremely svelte in a sleeveless black top, pencil skirt and black pumps as she filmed the show.

The fourth season of Gossip Girl premieres on September 14 on U.S. network The CW.

Demi Moore goes dirty dancing in Las Vegas with Snoop Dogg (in front of Ashton)

Perhaps she had taken a few tips from her late friend, Dirty Dancing star Patrick Swayze.

As it certainly seemed that Demi Moore knew her stuff as she performed some sexy dancing moves with husband Ashton Kutcher and rapper Snoop Dogg in Las Vegas this weekend.

The 47-year-old actress was initially happy to sit and watch the rapper perform as she perched on her 32-year-old husband's knee

She showed off her slim legs in a slinky black mini dress with a revealing open back while Kutcher looked more casual in checked shirt and jeans.

But not content to be out of the spotlight, Moore enthusiastically got up to join Snoop on stage where she performed some classic 'bump 'n' grind' moves alongside him.

The Ghost star then tried to persuade her husband of nearly five years to come up on stage to join her.

The celebrity couple were in Sin City to attend a Fantasy Football event and concert at Rain nightclub at the city's swanky Palms Hotel.

And it seems they had a good night, with Kutcher taking to his Twitter page to reveal he was a little bit worse for wear the day after the event.

'I think I injured my brain last night and I can't seem to find my voice,' he wrote.
It's not the first time Moore has been spotted in party mode recently.

She was seen dancing in the street, beer bottle in hand last week, after she and Kutcher spent the day partying at a friend's house in Malibu.

Following her impromptu Vegas performance, Moore posted a more intellectual image of herself on her Twitter later on that evening, which featured she and Kutcher sporting matching dark rimmed glasses.

She captioned the image with the slogan: 'Boy do we look smart.'

Moore has just been filming financial thriller Margin Call alongside Kevin Spacey and Paul Bettany, while Kutcher has just been seen starring in action comedy Killers with Katherine Heigl.
