Suits you: Gemma Arterton swept through Los Angeles LAX airport in a casual look of bleached hotpants, and blazer
Gemma Arterton has made a whirlwind of appearances on the red carpet to promote new film The Prince Of Persia.
And she has wowed fans with a parade of stunning designer gowns. But a day off from the hoopla has seen her return to a more casual style, which will still no doubt please her many fans.
The 24 year-old British actress swept through LAX airport wearing a pair of bleached denim hotpants, a striped shirt and loose white blazer.
Carrying a pale green rosette bag and hiding behind her Ray-Ban sunglasses, she looked cool, comfortable and casual.
Showing off a lean set of pins it is hard to imagine why Gemma might be criticised by designers as she has admitted recently.
She has confessed she struggles with her body image. And being told what to eat by the makers of Prince Of Persia, after she was pictured with a double chin has probably not helped.
The actress took a welcome break from her red carpet wardrobe to step out in the young fresh look which she teamed with black gladiators
The 24-year-old actress is riding high on a wave of publicity from her new film, and is poised for Hollywood stardom should the summer blockbuster prove successful at the box office.
And if further proof were needed she arrived to catch her flight back to London carrying a couple of scripts, indicating her involvement in further high-profile projects.
Entertainment Weekly have tipped Gemma has one to watch. And entertainment bible Variety called her 'best in show'.
Meanwhile, Gemma has emerged as the front runner to replace Megan Fox in Transformers 3.
She has, according to reports, already had discussions with director Michael Bay about the coveted role.
Other possible replacements for Fox include models Bar Rafaeli, Miranda Kerr and Brooklyn Decker.
But Arterton remains the strongest possibility having also starred in Clash Of The Titans and Bond film Quantum Of Solace.
