Her arms extended, she looked just like her personal trainer had given her weights to lift - except rather than dumbbells they were bags full of treats.
The 29-year-old teamed the workout look with oversized sunglasses and a Chanel handbag.
Perhaps she was picking up some gifts for her mother, Kris.
With yesterday being American Mother's Day, Kim took to Twitter to say: 'Happy Mother's Day to all of the mom's out there! I love you mommy, thank you for everything u do for us!'
And she added: 'Kourtney, Khloe, Rob, Kendall, Kylie and I are making BeeShee for my mom right now! It's an Armenian breakfast and sooo yummy!'
