Fortunately there was an assistant on hand to take care of things just in case the dogs needed to answer a call of nature.
Fearne was also still reeling after being banned from drinking coffee following a teeth whitening session.
However, at least it ensured she was looking her best with a sparkling smile.
Earlier in the day, the presenter was pictured leaving the Radio 1 studios in central London looking somewhat disgruntled.
She told her fans on Twitter: 'After yesterday's teeth whitening I can't drink coffee. I've not gone a day without coffee for ten years, help.'
