The couple were spotted at high-end decor shop Boffi in New York's trendy SoHo district, looking the image of domestic bliss.
Tough guy Statham is currently in the Big Apple filming his new movie, Safe, and has been joined by his Victoria's Secret model girlfriend while she's on a break from shooting Transformers 3.
It emerged earlier this summer that the couple, who began dating in April, were setting up home together in Los Angeles.
So while in New York, the pair made use of the shops to look for furniture and accessories for their new abode.
Rosie, 23, looked stylish in skinny jeans, a leather jacket and matching studded handbag while Jason, 38, co-ordinated in denims a T-shirt and cardigan.
